📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-driven applications • Design scalable systems and justify technical decisions • Implement event-driven architecture and asynchronous workflows • Mentor team members on AI engineering best practices • Drive technical leadership initiatives within the team

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience • Strong experience in AI/LLM integration • Modern Next.js development • Distributed systems architecture • Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLMs • Experience with prompt engineering, streaming responses, confidence scoring, hallucination mitigation, workflows, and Agentic AI solutions • Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows • Strong architectural mindset with scalable systems design • Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications • Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar messaging technologies • Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows • Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB or other document databases • Proven experience with Next.js including App Router, Server Components, and Server Actions • Preferred experience with Azure cloud services and AI orchestration frameworks
