📋 Description

• Interpret English phone conversations into Farsi and vice versa, in real time • Work from home, anywhere within the UAE • 5 working days per week (2 days off) • 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1 hour break) • Shifts and weekends are rotational — most shifts are night and overnight

🎯 Requirements

• Required Fluency in Farsi (Persian) — spoken • Fluency in English — spoken • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and professionalism • Access to a quiet room and stable wired internet at home • Preferred (Nice to Have) Arabic language proficiency • Prior experience in interpretation or a call centre environment • Comfortable working night and overnight rotational shifts • No prior interpretation experience or certification is required — paid training is provided.
