📋 Description

• Project valuation & financial modeling • Building and maintaining financial models for wind, solar and BESS projects across the full development lifecycle • Supporting project valuation for internal investment decisions, external sales and strategic updates • Conducting scenario analyses and sensitivity calculations to assess project returns and the impact on premiums • Responsible for the company-wide valuation model, providing financial forecasts and supporting strategic decisions at management and advisory board level • Supporting financial aspects of project sales, including pricing strategy, due diligence and data room preparation • Collaborating with transaction advisors, lawyers and the Lintas team on divestments • Assisting with structuring and negotiating sales terms, including mechanisms for share and asset sales and related contracts • Monitoring trends in development margins and incorporating insights into forecasts and strategic positioning • Supporting decision-making processes and engaging the advisory board • Strategic finance partner to the CEO and CFO, providing recommendations on capital allocation, capital calls and monetization strategies

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory or internal project finance (ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure or the energy transition) • Proven experience in financial modeling and valuation of infrastructure or energy projects • Experience supporting M&A or project sale transactions • Understanding of the risks and value drivers of projects in the development phase • Strong Excel modeling skills, including the ability to build and audit project finance models • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams (e.g., with technical, legal and development teams) • Highly organized and results-oriented; able to manage priorities effectively • Proactive, solution-oriented and curious
