📋 Description
• Lead the technical design and delivery of strategic product initiatives. • Serve as technical lead for a distributed team of engineers and contractors. • Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript. • Responsibly leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve team productivity. • Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. • Take accountability for the full lifecycle of critical feature work. • Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Strong experience building full-stack applications with React and Node.js • Experience leading technical initiatives and influencing architecture across teams • Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams, including employees and contractors • Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
