• Drive open source adoption across European energy infrastructure by nurturing relationships with system operators, regulators, and policymakers to help deliver affordable, reliable, safe, and clean energy. • Translate technical capabilities into business value, identifying regulatory barriers, and creating pathways for organizations to contribute to and deploy LF Energy projects. • Organize workshops and events, represent LF Energy at industry conferences, facilitate special interest groups, and oversee funded technical development with subcontractors. • Partner with Linux Foundation teams to document successes and build thought leadership. • Track adoption metrics and report on community growth.
• Established network and track record of building relationships with European TSOs, DSOs, regulators and policymakers • Ability to understand and communicate the business value of technology solutions across a diverse set of stakeholders • Technical expertise at the intersection of energy systems (grid operations, power systems, energy markets) and digital technology (software, data platforms, automation) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience presenting technical and policy topics to executive, regulatory, and technical audiences • Proven ability to build alignment among diverse stakeholders and unite organizations around open source projects, driving consensus and collective action in distributed and asynchronous environments. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive complex initiatives from concept to execution with minimal supervision • Team player with a positive, solution-oriented approach • Comfort with frequent travel throughout Europe (up to 30%) and occasional work outside standard business hours • Fluency in English
