📋 Description

• Support the execution of assigned privacy projects; • Develop and implement internal and external privacy and data protection awareness and communications programs; • Deliver and promote presentations, workshops, and training sessions on Privacy and Data Protection for internal and external audiences; • Prepare advisory opinions and provide consultative guidance to internal stakeholders on privacy and personal data protection matters; • Assist in assessing new projects and prepare recommendations for privacy and data protection requirements for all new products and initiatives; • Review and advise on the implementation of personal data security, data governance, and privacy principles; • Perform/review mapping and inventory of Personal Data across the company's areas and products; • Update/review the domains and data collection points mapped across the company; • Review and propose updates and improvements to controls implemented for LGPD compliance; • Support the Data Protection Officer in addressing and recommending mitigations for privacy risks identified in the company's processes and operations; • Monitor the execution of action plans for requests and privacy incident responses in coordination with other teams; • Handle requests from data subjects exercising their rights under the LGPD; • Prepare Privacy Risk Assessments and assist in drafting and recording the corresponding Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs); • Draft/review standards, policies, guides, and manuals related to the operation of the company's Privacy Program; • Evaluate the compliance of established and operating processes and structures with internal policies; • Analyze and assist in developing Data Privacy Incident Response Plans; • Contribute to service excellence by committing to the quality principles and standards of your area; • Maintain strong expertise in your field and perform other related duties as needed to meet responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven knowledge of privacy, security, and technology frameworks and regulations such as SOX, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27018, PCI-DSS, and Central Bank of Brazil regulations IN 3909 and IN 4658; • Professional experience implementing LGPD or GDPR compliance programs; • Solid knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD); • Practical experience creating data inventories and operating the Privacy Lifecycle; • Intermediate proficiency in English, Spanish, or French; • Dynamic, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
