• Be the go-to person for supplier partnerships and innovation • Lead recruitment drives and build a world-class supplier network • Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless localization solutions • Monitor, analyze, and optimize supplier performance for impactful results • Serves as the liaison between our client’s production teams and localization suppliers • Responsible for recruiting, qualifying, and onboarding new language suppliers • Manage targeted recruitment drives for specific locales and/or regulated verticals • Identify suppliers who meet compliance and quality requirements; negotiate rates
• 4+ years experience in supplier management within localization and also a regulated or ISO-certified environment • Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 17100, and GDPR compliance principles an advantage • Ideally 1+ years experience with Life Science and/or Medical Device accounts • Strong project management and communication skills • Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in English and one additional language
