📋 Description

• Further development, customization and optimization of the Ikaros debt collection software • Analysis of requirements from the business unit and their technical implementation • Creation of reports, workflows and interfaces to internal and external systems • Quality assurance, testing and documentation • Technical support for IT projects in the receivables management area • Collaboration with external IT service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification • Solid knowledge of and practical experience with Ikaros • Knowledge of SQL, .NET, JavaScript, or comparable languages is desirable • Experience with process modeling and database structures • Analytical thinking, ability to work independently and a strong team spirit • Experience in the debt collection industry or receivables management
