âą Lead development of new card and account opening lifecycle features (card issuance, tokenization, physical card manufacturing, KYB/KYC, document collection & applications) âą Own initiatives from planning to launch, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned along the way âą Ensure high reliability and availability for Lithicâs API âą Orchestrate cross functional teamwork to design standards across all engineering teams âą Provide expertise to bring industry best practices to our APIs âą Lead efforts to improve systems and processes within the team âą Participate in the team on-call rotation

âą Experience shipping in production environment and leading projects âą Strong distributed system instincts and design skills âą Experience in or desire to learn Rust âą Ability to lead cross-functional projects and step in as a strong individual contributor âą Growth mindset and continuous desire to learn and improve âą An interest in fintech and the payments space is preferred
