• Work alongside strategic product leaders to produce a detailed product roadmap and convert it into functional work • Meet with the Engineering team daily to make sure the team has what they need to execute work and remove any roadmap blockers or ambiguity • Review sprint work against acceptance criteria and work with QA to ensure proper testing criteria is met • Work closely with UX to assist with customer research and requirements gathering • Maintain a pulse on tech debt, bugs and key customer asks to disposition them • Work closely with our Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand and address user needs
• 4-5 years of previous experience as a Product Manager • Experience working with SaaS products, data platforms or pipelines, and managing product integrations; experience building Document Management and/or Generation tools is a major plus • Managing beta rollouts and willingness to get your hands dirty with customer implementations and questions • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Creative thinker with vision • Attention to detail
