⢠Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects. ⢠Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations. ⢠Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture. ⢠Define and estimate total effort for functional team within the area of expertise. ⢠Manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget. ⢠Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with clients. ⢠Plan and personalize the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency. ⢠Ensure in time and quality delivery, revenue consumption, and profitability management. ⢠Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems. ⢠Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise. ⢠Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changes. ⢠Close cooperation with the SAP Consulting Teams of the region, developing new ideas as well as their distribution, independent search for new opportunities.
⢠Completed degree in business administration, economics, or computer science or a comparable degree program with a professional focus on finance or logistics. ⢠Fluent English skills, German skills are beneficial. ⢠Familiarity with the SAP product portfolio and successfully applied SAP Best Practice solutions and the Activate Methodology. ⢠7+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, specializing in both EWM and WM, with a background in Inventory Management (IM) and Stock Room Management being advantageous. ⢠Preferably 4-6 end to end full life cycle SAP EWM Module implementations with team leading experience. ⢠Experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps. ⢠Knowledge in setting up warehouse structure, process-oriented storage control, layout-oriented storage control, VAS, ERP-EWM connectivity configurations, and data distribution models setup. ⢠Integration Knowledge and experience with SAP TMS, MM, SD, and PP will be preferred. ⢠Experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF. ⢠Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices. ⢠Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience. ⢠Technical experience with SAP frameworks and architectures as well as SAP certificates. ⢠Experience with hybrid/distributed architectures (on-prem vs. cloud), especially optimizing application landscapes. ⢠High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen. ⢠Proven communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. ⢠Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, and meeting facilitation skills. ⢠Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services. ⢠Travel readiness and communication skills with different stakeholders. ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills. ⢠Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work. ⢠Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
