📋 Description

• Coach and manage team work activities, performance, and development • Lead continuous improvement projects on key Littelfuse value streams • Analyze production and administrative processes for quality, safety, delivery, and cost • Define lean initiatives within the geographic region to support the short-term operational plan • Deliver Yellow and Green Belt training • Perform other duties as assigned
