📋 Description

• Manage the transactional procurement process from requisition to PO closure • Ensure timely order placement, supplier communication, delivery follow-up, and resolution of operational issues • Maintain procurement performance metrics and support uninterrupted operations • Manage the purchase order lifecycle across assigned categories and business areas • Resolve issues with suppliers and internal customers • Build relationships with vendors, internal customers, teammates, and cross-departments • Align stakeholders and internal support for successful project implementation • Conduct negotiations and manage supplier selection • Negotiate supplier contracts and ensure supplier performance and contract compliance • Implement sourcing projects for standardization, preferred supplier utilization, cost savings, and operational efficiencies • Develop RFI/RFP/RFQ processes for new and existing products and services • Obtain goods and services cost-effectively while maintaining quality, delivery, and project priorities • Initiate and coordinate cost reduction programs and deliver cost savings targets • Develop and execute strategic sourcing activities for allocated spend categories • Leverage industry best practices, commodity expertise, sourcing methodology, and global partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with career to finish preferably • Experience in management projects • Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience • Proficiency in negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing processes • Advanced English level (conversational, C1) • Analytical capacity and computer skills • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Preferably experience in various industry sites
