📋 Description
• Manage the transactional procurement process from requisition to purchase order closure • Place orders, communicate with suppliers, follow up on deliveries, and resolve operational issues • Maintain procurement performance metrics and support uninterrupted operations • Manage supplier selection and conduct negotiations to meet quality, service, and cost requirements • Negotiate supplier contracts and monitor supplier performance and contract compliance • Implement sourcing projects for standardization, preferred supplier utilization, cost savings, and operational efficiency • Develop RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes for products and services • Obtain goods and services cost-effectively while maintaining quality, delivery, and project priorities • Initiate and coordinate cost-reduction programs and deliver cost-savings targets • Develop and execute strategic sourcing activities for allocated spend categories • Align stakeholders and internal support for successful project implementation • Assist with other specific projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• University degree with career to finish preferably • Experience in project management • Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience • Proficiency in negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing processes • Advanced English level, conversational C1 • Analytical capacity and computer skills • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Preferably experience in various industry sites
