âą Define and own high-level marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for global reach. âą Build and optimize acquisition funnels to attract, engage, and convert senior professionals. âą Lead brand and content strategy to elevate visibility across digital and thought-leadership channels. âą Design performance metrics and dashboards to measure marketing ROI and drive continuous improvement. âą Coach and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external consultants to scale initiatives. âą Represent LiveHappy Initiative credibly in industry forums and peer groups.
âą 10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, Head of Marketing, or equivalent). âą Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that deliver measurable business results. âą Deep experience with digital acquisition, content/brand strategy, and performance analytics. âą Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-based engagement model. âą Excellent communicator and relationship builder; experienced working with senior peers.
