📋 Description

• Generate and manage interest in leadership and personal development programs using an established process • Connect with prospective clients • Conduct brief introductory conversations • Assess prospective clients' goals and alignment • Share program information • Provide thoughtful follow-up throughout the decision-making process • Use established digital strategies to generate and manage warm interest • Follow established systems independently and manage priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Experience in leadership, consulting, business development, client relationships, marketing, communications, operations, or a related professional field • Confidence connecting with professionals from a variety of backgrounds • Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and assess needs and alignment • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively • Willingness to learn and follow established systems • Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your results • Genuine interest in leadership and personal development • Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required; full training is provided
