📋 Description

• Turn customer insights, market research and performance data into creative hypotheses • Use AI to rethink how ideas are generated, validated and produced • Collaborate with Design, User Acquisition, Growth and Product teams to launch, test and scale creative concepts • Evaluate ad performance beyond CTR and CAC • Generate actionable insights to optimise and continuously improve results • Explore new formats, angles and narratives

🎯 Requirements

• Naturally curious, with interest in analysing advertising, following creators, reading Reddit threads, exploring AI tools and understanding consumer behaviour • Systems thinking: optimise the creative production machine, not individual creatives • Analytical thinking and understanding of consumer insights, storytelling, testing and iteration • Uses AI for research, writing, analysis, creation and decision-making • Ability to learn and adapt faster than market changes
