📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary APAC cyber threat intelligence, SOC, incident response, and detection engineering teams • Act as Incident Commander during major events • Manage daily operations, workloads, service levels, and scheduling • Coach team members and support technical and career growth • Present risks and insights to executives and business partners • Monitor KPIs and metrics to improve processes and align with business priorities • Set quarterly objectives, allocate resources, and prioritize according to the APAC threat landscape • Collaborate with security and business units on tooling, integrations, and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8+ years in cybersecurity • 5+ years in leadership • Combination of experience, education, and certifications may be considered • Experience in SOC operations, incident response, threat intelligence, and/or detection engineering • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, NDR, cloud environments, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001 • Ability to make clear, confident decisions and explain complex issues under pressure • Ability to align technical priorities with business goals and drive measurable outcomes • Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Industry certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, OSCP, or Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert
