• Live Nationのビジネスニーズと指示に従って、計画と建設のポリシーと手順を準備、レビュー、統合します。 • プロジェクトの範囲、スケジュール、コストを作成し、これをビジネスユニットとレビューして、プロジェクトがビジネス目標を達成していることを確認します。 • プロジェクトの進捗状況を監視して、設定された目標とタイムラインとの整合性を確保します。 • 建設文書をレビューおよび分析して、設計とプログラムによる整合性を確保し、建設前の段階で潜在的な建設可能性または調整リスクを特定します。 • アートチームとブランディングチームと協力して、会場の看板とアートプログラムの開発と実施を行います。 • 会場開発チームおよびスポンサーシップ/パートナーシップチームと協力して、会場内の販売可能な資産を特定して開発します

🎯 Requirements

• 建築の学士号 • 指定された職務と責任に直接関連する5〜7年の経験 • ライセンスが望ましい • 概念設計から建設管理まで、プロジェクト開発のすべてのフェーズの経験 • 建築基準法とシステムに関する深い理解 • 会場関連のビルドアウト、拡張、および/または改善に取り組んだ経験が望ましい • プロジェクト管理の原則、実践、手法、およびツールに関する知識 • 主要な建設プロジェクトを設計および計画する能力 • プロジェクトサイトや会議に国内外を旅行する能力 • 優れた対人スキル、分析スキル、リーダーシップスキル • Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPoint、AutoCAD、Revit、Sketchup/Enscape、Bluebeamの実用的な知識
