• Partner with local offices and promoters to oversee end-to-end operational logistics and execution for concerts and live events • Support and translate the President’s strategic objectives into clear, actionable operational roadmaps • Provide structure and operational discipline into high-growth, decentralized entrepreneurial environments across the region • Work closely with local offices to identify improvement opportunities, align best practices, and resolve operational concerns • Establish regional governance and process improvements to drive consistency and efficiency while ensuring full compliance with global Live Nation safety standards • Serve as key point of contact between local promoters and international production teams • Manage and facilitate communication between internal departments to streamline processes • Oversee all other day-to-day operational matters for the region
• 15+ years of operations, production, venue, live events, or touring experience across Latin American markets • Deep understanding of local business customs • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish • Prepared for extensive travel to the region • Superior interpersonal communication skills • Proven experience navigating through change and difficult environments • Strong understanding of concert operations and live event production workflows for international events • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with extreme attention to detail • Advanced organizational skills • Ability to make clear concise recommendations to executive leadership
