📋 Description

• Oversee ticketing operations ensuring facilitation among various divisions • Build and maintain ticketing pages for events • Partner with promoters for revenue opportunities • Supply daily ticket counts and buyer reports • Manage on-site box office operations • Create and adhere to operational budgets • Ensure compliance to Company policies and audit programs • Process comp orders for community partners and sponsors

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ticketing industry and platforms • Advanced level of Microsoft Excel knowledge • 3+ years’ experience in large-scale festival production and operations • Customer service experience in large-scale ticketed events • Excellent organization and communication skills • Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes • Four-year college degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
