• Lead the strategic development and execution of our go-to-market (GTM) and product marketing initiatives across internal tools, agent acquisition, service launches, and vertical-specific campaigns. • Define positioning and messaging for internal tools supporting agent acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle management. • Build launch frameworks for new services and capabilities, including messaging, collateral, and sales enablement. • Develop tailored GTM strategies for priority verticals (Healthcare, Life Sciences, DTC), including buyer personas, ICPs, and sub-industry campaigns. • Create and maintain sales content (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) that reflect vertical nuances and product differentiation. • Partner with Marketing team to design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, events, social) that drive awareness and conversion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years experience • 7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or BPO environments • Proven success in launching vertical-specific campaigns and managing cross-functional GTM motions • Strong understanding of buyer journeys, persona development, and sales alignment • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments • High personal accountability for delivering quality work • Innovative with a problem-solving mindset.
