📋 Description

• Communicate with clients virtually (via phone, email, or chat) to understand their travel goals, preferences, and special requests. • Research destinations and curate tailored travel experiences. • Book travel components such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and cruises. • Act as a reliable point of contact before, during, and after travel. • Recommend travel enhancements such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades. • Stay informed on evolving travel restrictions, new destinations, visa requirements, and supplier promotions. • Maintain up-to-date client records, itineraries, payments, and booking confirmations.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or the travel industry is a plus but not required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional virtual presence. • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning online booking tools and systems. • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. • A strong desire to help people create unforgettable travel experiences. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
