📋 Description

• Handle inbound & outbound calls • Assist customers with account balances & payment arrangements • Provide customer support while maintaining professionalism • Offer solutions and upsell services when appropriate • Accurately document all call details

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service • Strong communication & listening skills • Ability to handle collections conversations professionally • Comfortable with sales and upselling • Basic computer skills + ability to navigate multiple systems • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Equipment Requirements: Desktop or laptop (no tablets/Chromebooks), Wired USB headset, Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi)
