📋 Description

• Cut Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from raw shoot footage • Turn a single shoot day into batches of posts • Re-cut creator, customer, and community footage into brand-channel posts • Maintain a repeating weekly publishing cadence • Organise selects, B-roll, install footage, and reusable graphic elements • Build multiple hook, angle, and length variants for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads • Create hook-swap and intro-test variations for proven videos • Re-cut ads based on supplied performance data and track version changes • Deliver videos to platform specifications, including aspect ratios, safe zones, captions, sound-off legibility, and file specifications • Produce video to Shopify and Amazon specifications • Edit install and how-to tutorials • Build looping video for email and landing pages • Deliver teasers, launch reels, install videos, and launch ads for product launches • Re-cut launch content based on early performance • Report to the Marketing Manager and coordinate requests from the Social Media Manager and Paid Ads Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Premiere Pro (or similar): multicam, proxies, nested sequences, clean project hygiene someone else can pick up • Colour correction across mixed cameras and mixed lighting from the same shoot • Music selection, audio levels, dialogue clean-up, and burned-in subtitles • On-screen text and simple graphic treatments, including titles, callouts, and product annotation • Vertical-first editing for 9:16 framing, cropping, and pacing • Comfortable working from raw, unstructured shoot footage • Own editing machine, licensed software, and stable internet connection • At least three hours a day overlapping 9am to 6pm Philippine time • Availability for heavier weeks around launches and sales
