📋 Description

• Contribute to and own scalable web features across the Vue.js frontend and Ruby on Rails backend. • Modernize the application to improve performance, reliability, accessibility, and overall user experience. • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in Vue.js and Ruby on Rails, including creating and maintaining automated tests. • Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate designs into user-friendly and accessible interfaces. • Participate in code reviews and help uphold engineering standards, documentation, and observability. • Support releases by debugging, troubleshooting, and working closely with QA and DevOps in an agile, iterative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications • Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, code reviews, maintainable design, and clean architecture. • Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally Vue.js (React experience also valuable). • Experience with at least one server-side framework or language (Rails, Django, Express, Spring). • Comfortable working with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. • Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, including pull requests, branching, and collaborative development. • Experience using testing frameworks and applying maintainable design patterns. • Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level). • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
