📋 Description

• Lead development of backend features and API integrations using Python (FastAPI), gRPC, and SQL. • Build and maintain connectors for various APIs, file systems, and external platforms such as SharePoint, SFTP, and webhooks. • Integrate Large Language Model (LLM)-based capabilities with comprehensive evaluation and monitoring. • Adapt and extend auto-generated pipelines and support front-end output integration. • Drive AI-assisted development by establishing guardrails, context packs, and mentoring teammates. • Collaborate closely with Solution Strategists, Data Platform, and Support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI, SQL). • Proven expertise in API design and integrations. • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal or Dagster. • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Comfortable leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) for scaffolding, refactoring, and testing. • Solid SQL skills and data modeling experience. • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluating AI/data pipelines. • Genuine interest in AI technologies and helping teams enhance their AI development capabilities. • Fluent in English and Polish (B2+ level). • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
