📋 Description

• Provide product guidance and customer support through various channels such as phone, LINE Official Account, and Facebook • Conduct product training sessions for customers both online and on-site • Perform remote installation and troubleshooting via TeamViewer and AnyDesk • Gather customer feedback and usage issues to help improve the product and training materials • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Open to both experienced professionals and individuals eager to learn about technology and customer service • 1–2 years of experience in sales or technical support (fresh graduates with relevant interests are welcome) • Experience with software, POS, or beauty/service businesses is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude • Positive mindset and ability to handle challenges effectively • Tech-savvy, with good computer and internet skills (knowledge of network systems, IP, and Wi-Fi is an advantage)
