📋 Description

• Provide product guidance and customer support through various channels such as phone, LINE Official Account, and Facebook. • Conduct product training sessions for customers both online (e.g., Google Meet) and on-site. • Perform remote installation and troubleshooting via TeamViewer and AnyDesk. • Gather customer feedback and usage issues to help improve the product and training materials. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Open to both experienced professionals and individuals eager to learn about technology and customer service. • 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical support (experience with software, POS, or beauty/service businesses is a plus). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-minded attitude. • Positive mindset and ability to handle challenges effectively. • Tech-savvy, with good computer and internet skills (knowledge of network systems, IP, and Wi-Fi is an advantage).
