• Drive the sales team to consistent quota attainment • Participate in customer meetings and deal strategy sessions • Conduct regular pipeline reviews with each rep • Support and lead complex deal negotiations • Identify new business opportunities and assist in accurate forecasting
• 6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Cloud, or AEC industries • 4-6 years of experience managing and leading a quota-carrying sales team • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience selling into large organizations with complex decision-making processes • Bachelor's degree preferred • Ability to travel up to 50%
