📋 Description
• Map, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes to reduce cycle time, costs, and rework; • Conduct capacity analyses, identify bottlenecks and waste, and propose automations and operational standards; • Establish KPIs, performance routines, and a continuous improvement cadence; • Build executive and operational reports/dashboards; • Design and maintain Power Automate flows; • Implement controls to ensure security, compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), and the responsible use of artificial intelligence; • Operate and optimize pipelines in BigQuery; • Perform root cause analyses and develop action plans, and prepare executive materials with decision-oriented storytelling.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields; • Technical English for documentation and reading reference materials; • Process improvement: proven experience with measurable results; • Advanced Power BI: modeling, DAX, M/Power Query; • Advanced Excel: pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query; VBA/macros desirable; • Python: data manipulation, automation, visualization; • Power Automate: building robust flows, integrations with M365 and APIs, logging/alerts and error handling; • Copilot Studio: designing copilots, connectors, and agents; • GCP/AWS: BigQuery (advanced SQL, optimization); • Advanced SQL: relational modeling, query performance, data validation and reconciliation.
