📋 Description
• Conduct analyses using Excel, Power BI and other tools to generate strategic and operational insights • Define and monitor metrics, prioritizing scalable initiatives with a focus on experimentation and co-creation • Serve as a link between strategic and operational teams, influencing decisions and driving change • Develop dashboards and KPI-driven models to support decision-making • Contribute to digital transformation projects by identifying efficiency opportunities • Support initiatives across operations, products and commercial channels, especially in scaled environments.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, Power Query and SQL (desirable) • Experience in data analysis and strategic projects • Ability to think structurally and translate data into actionable plans • Analytical, proactive and problem-solving mindset • Ownership mentality and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
