📋 Description
• Conduct robust analyses in Excel to generate strategic and operational insights; • Present diagnostics and solution proposals clearly and impactfully to varied audiences: functional directors, executive leadership, and operational teams; • Take a leading role in designing and executing transformation projects with autonomy and business acumen; • Structure pilots and monitor their execution, collecting feedback and adjusting direction quickly; • Act as a bridge between strategic and operational areas, influencing decisions and promoting sustainable change; • Create PowerPoint materials with clear, focused storytelling tailored to the target audience; • Interact with sales staff and front-line teams, translating strategies into practical and understandable actions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Prior experience in data analysis and strategic projects • Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple stakeholders
