🎯 Requirements
• **WHAT WE NEED** • Bachelor's degree completed – Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields • Postgraduate degree or MBA will be considered a differentiator • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI • Advanced knowledge of SQL is a plus • Solid experience in commercial planning, sales intelligence, or related strategic areas • Highly analytical profile, with expertise in analyzing large volumes of data and building scenarios • Experience with commercial optimization projects and applying AI to business processes • Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders • Desirable knowledge of AI tools such as Python, Azure ML, or similar • Ability to work autonomously, with a sense of ownership and a results-oriented focus
