📋 Description
• Coordinate and execute long-term, high-impact structural projects in Fleet Management. • Plan and monitor project timelines, scopes, risks and resources for initiatives under your responsibility. • Serve as the link between the various areas involved (Ops, Labs, CSC, etc.), ensuring alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in execution. • Structure and track initiative results, defining how and when to roll out workstreams at scale. • Monitor project performance indicators and prepare executive status reports for leadership. • Lead alignment and status meetings with stakeholders. • Support the definition of communication and change management strategies for projects that impact customers and employees.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Experience in project management. • Strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and a systems-thinking mindset. • Business acumen. • Analytical profile with the ability to identify actionable insights for decision-making. • Desired: advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL and Power BI.
