📋 Description
• Lead robust Excel analyses to generate strategic and operational insights • Present diagnostics and proposed solutions clearly and with impact to different audiences: functional and executive leadership, and operational teams • Take a leading role in designing and executing transformation projects, with autonomy and a strong business perspective • Design pilots and monitor their execution, collecting feedback and adjusting course quickly • Act as a bridge between strategic and operational areas, influencing decisions and promoting sustainable change • Create PowerPoint materials with clear, concise storytelling, tailored to the target audience • Interact with sales teams and front-line staff, translating strategies into practical, easy-to-understand actions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed • Prior experience in data analysis and strategic projects • Advanced Excel (proficient in formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple stakeholders
