📋 Description

• Build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows. • Guide the transition to a microservices architecture by leading migration of remaining monolithic components. • Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage for critical services. • Participate in technical discussions and architectural decision-making. • Improve CI/CD artifacts and deployment processes. • Refine existing code for efficiency, security, and maintainability. • Propose and implement squad improvement initiatives and solutions. • Improve observability capabilities supporting platform domain continuity and health. • Enable teams across the organization to achieve operational efficiency and excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in backend development with 2+ years in C# and .NET Core. • Strong skills in REST APIs, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies. • Proficiency with unit testing, integration testing, and SOLID principles. • Good understanding of Domain-Driven Design and architectural impact. • Experience with Entity Framework and MSSQL. • Excellent analytical skills to understand complex code and its architectural implications. • Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively across teams. • Applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
