📋 Description

• Lead strategic analyses of price elasticity and customer behavior to maximize the profitability of our products • Design and evaluate A/B tests focused directly on margin gains, funnel conversion, and revenue generation • Structure robust business cases and executive presentations to guide leadership decisions • Orchestrate partnerships with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to implement, test, and run new pricing strategies in the market • Design attractive incentive models for our partner brokerages • Continuously monitor and optimize our key business KPIs (P&L, conversion, churn, revenue, and margins)

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, proven experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Growth Analytics, or Strategy, with experience or strong knowledge in developing dynamic pricing • Hands-on proficiency in SQL for data extraction and comfort with BI tools (Superset, Looker, Power BI or similar) • Ability to apply statistical analysis and structured A/B tests to validate market hypotheses • Excellent ability to translate technical data into clear business recommendations and high-impact strategic narratives • Analytical, results-oriented mindset with strong ability to coordinate across teams and leadership
