📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve resilient, scalable digital products • Maintain application quality • Actively participate in product decisions • Work in a collaborative environment, supporting and being supported by teammates • Ensure solution quality through automated tests • Document work performed • Identify improvements and opportunities in products • Handle uncertainty and embrace change • Provide technical influence across the engineering team • Help reduce complexity in the development process • Work independently and lead end-to-end tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level (1–3 years): Solve problems autonomously, requesting help when needed • Senior (3–8 years): Work independently and lead end-to-end tasks • Staff (minimum 8 years): Influence architectural clarifications and technical decisions • System design and code design patterns • Development of responsive, high-quality web applications • Implementation of scalable APIs • System observability • Relational and NoSQL databases • Automated software testing techniques • Reusable, modular components in front-end and back-end that promote reuse, maintainability, and code scalability • Agile methodologies and a start-up mindset • Decision making using metrics and data • Excellent communication skills and inclusive participation in decision making • Cloud-based service architectures • High-load (concurrency) optimizations and migrations/refactoring • DevSecOps tools and practices, integrating security into development workflows and promoting a DevOps culture
