📋 Description
• Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures. • Facilitate process improvement initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes. • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs. • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives. • Provide guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience • Experience with Grid Operations Operational Technology (DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc) • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables • Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects • Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. • Experience with change management frameworks and tools. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
