📋 Description
• Drives adoption of automation, observability, AI-enabled operations, and ITSM practices • Leads execution of automation initiatives across Managed Services • Develops and maintains service enablement standards and operational frameworks • Monitors service performance metrics and identifies improvement opportunities • Partners with teams to ensure operational improvements enhance customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • 8+ years of experience in Managed Services or IT Services operations • Experience in digital operations, observability, ITSM, or service enablement • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks • Strong working knowledge of monitoring/observability platforms • Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
