📋 Description

• Lead, manage, grow, and develop 4-6 engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and career development • Set technical direction and own how the work gets done • Collaborate with Product, QA, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering on prioritization and execution of roadmap items • Assess current engineering practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Work with senior leadership and other engineering managers to build a collaborative culture • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, and manage cross-functional dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering as a Developer, System Administrator, or Database Administrator • Experience managing 5+ direct reports, or Team Lead/Developer Lead experience with strong people leadership • Understanding of modern software frameworks, system architecture, and best practices for building scalable SaaS applications • Strong competency in Agile processes, product roadmaps, prioritization, and estimation • Knowledge of security practices, compliance frameworks, and OWASP principles • Desire to grow as both a technical leader and people manager in an engineering atmosphere • Ability to work across business units
