📋 Description

• Guiding features and initiatives across integrations and automation projects from kick-off to launch • Collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, QA analysts, and integrations services • Learning directly from and advocating for all users • Conducting hands-on research, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methodologies • Being an advocate for best practices around user experience • Defining and refining solutions through user flows, wireframes, high–fidelity mock–ups, prototypes • Providing Engineers with assets or resources needed during development, testing, and launch • Contributing to our ever-evolving processes and principles

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills • Led or been a key Designer on a team • Worked on products or product lines that serve a mix of external user types and internal users • Experience designing interfaces for complex systems and digital products • Understanding of how data flows enable AI and automation • Familiarity with accessibility practices, and incorporate compliance to WCAG 2.2 standards • Experience contributing to a maturing design system • Effective in a self–motivated environment to proactively gather information needed to complete work
