📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the IT asset database by conducting audits, preparing reports, and implementing action plans to correct irregularities. • Collaborate with other teams, apply ITIL concepts to drive improvements, and deliver training on asset management. • Support SAM/HAM processes, including opening and validating tickets, extracting data for analysis, and assisting administrators, ensuring efficiency and quality in asset management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or another field, combined with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in administration, management, data science, or computer science. • Solid experience in asset management and IT configuration management, or in IT process management. • ITIL Foundation certification.
