📋 Description

• Create or review technology services, defining technical, legal, security, and asset management requirements. • Develop service processes and support workflows. • Configure offerings in the ITSM platform. • Develop KPIs, guidance materials, and corporate policies. • Promote alignment with teams and users. • Lead pilot programs. • Ensure effective communication. • Ensure that all information is documented and available in the knowledge base, prioritizing efficiency and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or another field, combined with an MBA or postgraduate qualification in administration, management, data science, or computer science. • Strong experience in quality management, IT process management, or IT governance. • ITIL Foundation certification. • Experience with ITSM.
