📋 Description

• Create or review technology services, defining technical, legal, security, and asset management requirements. • Includes developing processes and service flows, configuring offerings in the ITSM, preparing metrics, guidance materials, and corporate policies. • Promote alignment with teams and users, conduct pilots, ensure effective communication, and ensure that all information is documented and available in the knowledge base, prioritizing efficiency and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or another field; or an MBA/postgraduate degree in administration, management, data science, or computer science. • Solid experience in quality management, IT process management, or IT governance. • ITIL Foundation certification.
