📋 Description

• Develop analyses and studies to support strategic Credit and Collections decisions; • Create projections and monitor trends, identifying opportunities and risks; • Build indicators, reports and dashboards to monitor portfolio performance; • Support the definition and tracking of credit and collections strategies; • Monitor approval rates, delinquency and other key metrics, acting proactively to identify deviations and improvement opportunities; • Prepare executive materials with data-driven storytelling for committees and decision-making forums.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Credit and Collections; • Strong analytical profile and business acumen; • Proficiency in SQL (Databricks); • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations; • Excellent communication and summarization skills. • Nice to have: Power BI, Python, and Think-Cell.
