• Create sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team • Answer inbound calls from customers seeking information about the reverse mortgage program • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers • Make 100+ dials per day • Meet business defined metrics of production • Qualify customer to meet program guidelines (AGE, LTV, Homeowner) • Transfer interested and qualified customer to sales team • Create appointments for follow up • Mail information packets to customers • Update the Sales CRM with notes of each transaction
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) • 10-key and Soft phone experience • Customer service background • Basic understanding of the reverse mortgage product • Mortgage industry knowledge • Bilingual a plus • Organized, performance driven • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
