📋 Description

• Recruit, lead and mentor a junior team of scientists. • Understand and perform product purification using FPLC chromatography, including SEC, IEC and Protein A. • Develop and review workplans involving SEC, UPLC-MS, HPLC, SDS-PAGE and endotoxin testing techniques. • Set standards for high-quality work. • Monitor documentation of results in ELN. • Approve production reports in PowerPoint format and product certificates (CoTs). • Communicate results with the broader stakeholder community. • Provide general support to lab operations. • Serve as subject matter expert in project team meetings with customers. • Adhere to company policies, quality and safety standards, and laboratory regulatory compliance. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in chemical biology, biochemistry, biomedical engineering or related fields. • Team management skills. • Experience with protein purification and analysis techniques including SEC, IEX, affinity chromatography (protein A/L, Ni-NTA), SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC and MS. • Experience handling antibodies, including modification, purification and analysis. • Familiarity with bioconjugation chemistry techniques; hands-on experience preferred. • Strong commitment to laboratory work and project delivery. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong team-player mentality.
