📋 Description

• Designing and iterating on multi-agent AI architectures using LangGraph and LangChain • Defining integration standards for MCP servers and agent communication protocols • Collaborating daily with senior and junior engineers to implement and review AI components • Advising on prompt engineering strategy, tool use design, and agent reliability • Contributing to technical documentation and architectural decision records

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith - design, development, and production deployment • Hands-on experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations • Experience building Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures and multi-agent workflows • Ability to work closely and collaboratively within a cross-functional development team • Strong communication skills - able to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders • English proficiency at B2 level or above
