🎯 Requirements
• Advanced clinical degree (PharmD strongly preferred) • 8+ years of experience in health-system, life-sciences, or research partnership leadership • Expertise in health-system specialty pharmacy and manufacturer collaboration • Proven success leading multi-stakeholder research or outcomes programs • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
