📋 Description

• You act as an entrepreneur in your store, make decisions and actively drive improvements. • You reliably implement the store’s organizational and operational processes and continuously develop them. • You lead your team with motivation, act as a role model and create a positive, motivating working environment. • You analyze store performance using effective tools and take targeted corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in retail, ideally in optometry/optical retail • Leadership experience and a motivating, entrepreneurial mindset • Strong communication skills and a confident sense for customer needs • Confident handling of business KPIs and management/control tools • Organizational skills, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for team leadership
